Can I order (spare) parts of a product?

No, it is not possible to order (spare) parts of a product. I problems consult your pet store where you bought the product. They will provide a solution and pass it on to us.

What should I do if a product is damaged or pieces are missing on delivery?

We’re sorry to hear there was an issue with your delivery! Please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order or your personal representative. Send an email to info@51degreesnorth.be with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damaged product or missing parts. Our team will review the details and work with you to resolve the problem promptly, whether through a replacement or another solution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help!

Where can I buy the 51 Degrees North products?

Thank you for your interest in our products! While we don’t sell directly to individuals, you can purchase our items through our network of distributors, including pet stores, garden centers, and shops with pet departments.

Looking for a particular item? We don’t have access to our distributors’ current stock levels.

To check availability, we recommend visiting or contacting your nearest pet store or related shop. You can also print out the product details from our website to assist them.

If the product is unavailable, the store can either order it from us or offer a similar item from our range.

Why can't I find product prices on the website?

51 Degrees North products are sold through a network of distributors and retailers rather than directly to consumers. As a result, we don’t display product prices on our website. To find pricing or purchase our products, please reach out to one of our authorized distributors or visit a retailer that carries our brand.
